The Belonging Arc is rooted in Christian faith, expressed through African wisdom and culture, and grounded in embodied practice—a pathway of belonging.

1. Self-Witnessing — Compassionately noticing and tending to the self with presence.
2. Sacred Rest — Space to pause, release, and be renewed. 
3. Meditation — Rooted in Scripture and African wisdom:
   • Faith-Based Meditations — guided by prayer and the Word.
   • African Principle Meditations — resting in Ubuntu, Àlàfíà, Sawubona, Sikhona, Àṣà, Àṣẹ, Ìṣọkan.
   • Personalized & Group Meditations — attuned sessions and shared circles of belonging.
